Anvil Industrial Group is looking to hire a motivated, detail-oriented Sales & Project Manager with a proven track record in industrial millwright work, facility maintenance, construction, and fabrication.


The ideal candidate understands industrial environments, can communicate effectively with both clients and crews, and knows how to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This position blends business development with hands-on project oversight, managing jobs from the first client meeting through final completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal clients
  • Identify new opportunities for sales growth and repeat business.
  • Lead and manage millwright, maintenance, construction, and fabrication projects from bid to completion.
  • Coordinate with the shop team to ensure project specifications and customer expectations are met.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and contracts to clients.
  • Coordinate with field crews, shop teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Handle procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and client communications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing projects in millwright, maintenance, construction, or fabrication environments.
  • Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Working knowledge of industrial equipment, construction processes, and fabrication methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, safety awareness, and attention to detail.

Education & Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum 3 years in outside sales and project management in related industries.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in and around the assigned territory
  • Salary depends on education/experience.

Benefits include: BC/BS Insurance with the company paying a portion of the monthly premium, eligible after completion of 90 days of continuous employment; 40 hours of vacation and 40 hours of personal time after one year of continuous employment, 8 paid holidays, 401k with match, and the benefit of working for a family-owned small business.
